Creamed Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. onions
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix soup and water together; reserve 3/4 of this and mix all other ingredients together.
    Make medium-sized meatballs and brown in shortening in skillet.
    Pour off fat.
    Add reserved soup. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes.
    Stir often.
