Zucchini Chicken Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium zucchini, sliced
2 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. tomatoes
2 lb. chicken, cut in pieces
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. basil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In skillet, brown chicken in shortening.
Pour off excess fat. Add soup, tomatoes and seasonings; cover.
Cook on low heat for 30 minutes.
Add zucchini and cook 15 minutes longer.
