Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    3 (14 1/2 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
    1 can kidney beans, undrained
    1 can corn Niblets, drained
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and chilies on medium-high in large saucepan.
    Drain some fat.
    Stir in the rest and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes on low.
    Great for crock-pot.
    Garnish individual servings with dollop of sour cream and/or grated cheese, raw onion, etc.
    Great served with corn bread or tortilla chips.
    Recipe may be doubled or tripled for large crowds.
