Cheesy Ham Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) pkg. curly noodles
1 Tbsp. butter or oil
1 (3 oz.) jar mushrooms
1/2 c. red and green peppers, diced
3 green onions, diced
1/2 c. frozen peas
1 c. baked ham
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
3/4 c. Provolone or Swiss
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Prepare noodles according to package directions.
Drain and pour into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
In medium skillet, saute sliced mushrooms, peppers and onion in butter or oil until soft, but not brown.
Remove from heat.
Rinse peas under hot water until slightly thawed.
Add sauteed vegetables, peas and sliced thick cubed ham to noodles.
