Chicken Salad Veronique - cooking recipe

3 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
1/2 c. toasted slivered almonds
1/2 c. chopped celery
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/3 c. cholesterol-free mayonnaise
1/3 c. lemon yogurt
1 Tbsp. dry white wine
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
7 eggs, separated
salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
Preparation

On special occasions, this cake might be followed by a sweet dessert wine like a Tokay Aszii.
This cake may also be made with hazelnuts; simply substitute ground hazelnuts for walnuts.
Then, it is called \"Magyoro Torta\" in Hungary.
