Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
    salt and pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 c. heavy cream
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Cook all ingredients except cream over medium heat until cauliflower is tender.
    Transfer to blender and blend until smooth, adding cream.
    Serve hot.
