Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes, cooked and mashed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chives
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender, yet crisp.
    Add 1 1/2 tablespoons butter and 1/3 cup packed brown sugar.
    Heat slowly, stirring occasionally, until nicely glazed, about 15 minutes.
