Grandma Woods Lemon Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers
1 stick margarine
1 can Pet milk (refrigerate overnight)
1 pkg. small lemon Jell-O
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together and then mix with Jell-O mixture.
Whip Pet milk until thick.
Add Jell-O and cream cheese mixture.
Top with remaining graham crackers.
Refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.
