Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 1/2 c. water
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 yeast cakes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    7 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Put shortening into a cup of boiling water. When melted, add 1 cup cold water. Beat eggs well and add them to the water and shortening.
    Add also the sugar, yeast dissolved in 1/2 cup water, salt and flour.
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Put into a greased bowl in refrigerator overnight.
    Grease hands.
    Make balls the size of walnuts and put 3 in each greased muffin cup.
    Let rise 2 1/2 hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
