Fried Ice Cream Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. Rice Chex
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    1 c. coconut
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 c. butter
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
Preparation
    Combine Rice Chex, walnuts and coconut. Put sugar and butter in small saucepan and bring to boil. Pour over cereal mixture. Put half of cereal mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan and then ice cream.
    Top with other half of cereal mixture.
