Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sliced squash (6 to 8 medium size squash)
    2 medium to large onions, sliced
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 c. milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    20 saltine crackers, crumbled
Preparation
    Boil squash and onions with bouillon cube in lightly salted water until very tender.
    Drain.
    Mix other ingredients with drained squash/onions.
    Bake in a 1 1/2-quart or 2-quart casserole dish at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
