Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. chicken
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1/4 c. green onions
    1/4 c. yellow onion
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    olive oil
    salt to taste
    cayenne pepper or hot sauce to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Brown chicken in olive oil.
    Add chopped green peppers and chopped onions.
    Cook in large skillet or heavy Dutch oven until onions are clear.
    Add sausage, rice, broth and spices.
    Cook on low heat until most of liquid is absorbed.
