Salmon Mousse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can red salmon, boned, drained, skinned and mashed fine
    1 pkg. gelatin, dissolved in 1/2 c. hot water
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix by blender; fold in sour cream at the last.
    Chill in mold until firm.
    Use cucumbers, olives for eyes and garnish.
