Chicken Clarisse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken fryer, cut into pieces
    1 c. apricot preserves
    1/2 small onion, minced
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Place the fryer pieces into a well-greased baking dish.
    Mix together all other ingredients; spread over the chicken pieces. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
