Ingredients

2 c. diced, peeled potatoes (about 1 lb.), cooked
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. dried, minced onion
1/4 tsp. salt
lettuce leaves
sliced radishes (optional)
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients and chill.
You may garnish with the lettuce leaves and radishes.
