Tasty Lamb Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb chops (large)
    1 c. raw rice (not instant)
    1 can mandarin oranges, drained
    3 c. bouillon
    1/2 tsp. mint leaves (dried or fresh)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Sear chops.
    Place rice in bottom of buttered casserole.
    Put chops on rice layer.
    Arrange orange sections over them.
    Add bouillon and seasonings.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0. Serves 4.
