Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 egg
2/3 c. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped rhubarb
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk*
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together. Beat wet ingredients. Blend dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Add rhubarb and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured pans and top with brown sugar and butter. Bake in preheated oven at 325\u00b0 for 45-60 minutes.
