Apple-Butter Cinnamon Pie - cooking recipe

pastry for 9-inch pie, plus strips for lattice
1/2 c. apple butter
2 eggs, beaten lightly
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace
2 c. milk
Preparation

Combine apple butter, eggs, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon and mace; mix well.
Add milk gradually; blend well.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Top with lattice made of pastry dough.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
