Low Sodium Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vegetable oil or margarine (unsalted)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg yolks, unbeaten
    2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. unsalted pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and vegetable oil or margarine together in a saucepan.
    Remove from stove; stir in sugar, eggs (1 yolk at a time), vanilla and flour.
    Add chopped nuts.
    Spread the mixture in a shallow pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cut into squares while still warm.
    Makes about 16 squares.
    One square equals 3 mg. sodium.
