Stagecoach Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. prepared Hidden Valley Original Ranch salad dressing
    1 egg
    1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) broiler/fryer chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cornflake crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    In bowl, combine salad dressing and egg; set aside. Cut up chicken ; with water, rinse and drain well. Dredge chicken pieces in flour, salt and pepper. Dip in salad dressing mixture and roll in cornflake crumbs. Arrange pieces on broiler pan (lined with foil if desired); drizzle with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until fork tender.
