Hot Dog Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 1/2 c. ketchup (don't use Brooks)
    2 large onions, diced
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 tsp. red pepper (cayenne)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onions until done.
    Drain all possible grease.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour in about 1 cup water. Simmer until thickens up, like hot dog sauce is supposed to be (2 hours).
    Keep adding a little water to keep from sticking.
