Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook over low heat until tender, do not stir.
    Bring to boil, remove from heat and add 1 6 oz. pkg. strawberry jello.
    Stir gently until dissolved; add 2 c. cold water, 1/4 c. lemon juice.
    Chill until very thick and spoon into mold.
