Impossible Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) envelope taco mix
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
1 1/4 c. 2% milk
2 eggs
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Bisquick, reduced fat
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease 9 1/4-inch pie dish.
Cook and stir beef and onion; drain.
Stir in taco mix; spread in pie plate. Sprinkle in chilies.
Beat milk, eggs and Bisquick until smooth with wire whisk.
Pour over meat and chilies.
Bake 25 minutes; top with cheese then tomato slices.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes more or until knife inserted comes out clean.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Cut to desired serving size.
