Ham And Fruit Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. ham steak, cut into four serving-size pieces
    16 oz. can peach slices, drained
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    dash of cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large skillet over medium heat, brown ham on both sides. Arrange peach slices around edges of ham; dot with margarine. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Turn ham and peach slices to glaze.
    Cover; cook until thoroughly heated.
    Makes 4 servings.
