Peanut Butter - cooking recipe

2 c. shelled, fresh roasted peanuts
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Shell the peanuts and put them into a blender.
Add the salad oil.
Blend until chunky or smooth, whichever is preferred taste. Add salt and honey, if necessary.
Makes 1 cup.
