Seafaring Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can red salmon, boned and flaked
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. white cabbage, shredded
    1/2 c. red cabbage, finely shredded
    1/2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Place salmon in a bowl; sprinkle with lemon juice and toss. Add remaining ingredients and mix lightly.
    Chill until serving time.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
