Quinze Pie(Copied From Mother'S 1873 Cookbook) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 quinzes, pared, sliced and stewed until soft
    1 pt. milk
    4 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Press stewed quinzes through a sieve.
    Add milk and eggs. Sweeten to taste.
    Pour into a prepared pie crust and bake 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
