Spinach Pie Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    2 (9-inch) pie crusts
    3 eggs
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Beat 2 of the eggs and Ricotta cheese until blended.
    Stir in rest of the ingredients except the last egg.
    Fill pie crust.
    Top with other crust.
    Brush top crust with egg and prick vent holes. Bake below center rack at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Continue baking at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
