Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. shortening
    1 c. milk
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix well and drop on a greased sheet.
    Bake 12 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Sprinkle top before baking with cinnamon and sugar.
    Yields 5 dozen.
