Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh squash
    1 onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Slice squash and onion.
    Steam on steamer until soft.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Mix soup, egg and cheese together.
    Mix in squash and onion.
    Put in baking dish.
    Put shredded Cheddar cheese on top and crumble Ritz crackers on top of that.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
