Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 jar pimento (medium or large)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. milk
    1 egg
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Put milk and cheese in broiler and melt before adding other ingredients. Add egg, sugar and pimento; cook for about 10 minutes.
    Add salt.
    Take off of heat and add mayonnaise; cover immediately.
    Cool and refrigerate.
