Onion Shortcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. Tabasco sauce or any hot sauce
1 egg
1 large Spanish onion, sliced thin
dill seed to taste
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Preparation

Mix muffin mix, egg, milk and hot sauce; spread in greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
