Mexican Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. chorizo or other hot sausage removed from casing and crumbled
    2 c. chopped onion
    1-1/2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    Dash salt, garlic powder, pepper, onion powder, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme and paprika
    2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese
    4 large jalapenos, sliced 1/4 inch thick
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    In skillet, cook the sausage over medium high heat, stirring until browned and fat is rendered. Add onions, garlic, chili powder and spices and cook, stirring until onions are soft. Remove from heat and cool.
