No-Bake Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. graham crackers, finely crushed
1 lb. marshmallows, finely cut
1 lb. dates, cut up
1 lb. glazed pineapple, cut up
1 c. evaporated milk
2 c. nuts, coarsely chopped
2 (5 oz.) bottles maraschino cherries, well drained and halved
Preparation

Butter a large loaf pan. Line with waxed paper and butter paper well. Mix all ingredients together well. Pack into prepared pan. Refrigerate overnight before cutting. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
