Cheese Wafers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. flour
nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Let butter soften.
Grate cheese and mix together.
Work in flour, a little at a time.
Make small balls and press with fork. Add nut to each top, if desired.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 75.
