Hot And Spicy Sausage Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian sausage (1 of each)
    2 c. white cooking wine
    2 cloves minced garlic
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes with juice, chopped
    1 medium head cabbage, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
    2 jars Prego spaghetti sauce (plain or Zesty garlic)
Preparation
    Soak the first 3 ingredients for 30 minutes.
    Drain; save liquid.
    Brown sausage with the onion; drain fat.
    Add the remaining ingredients.
    Add wine broth and water to desired consistency.
    Simmer for 2 hours.
