Grandma'S Stew And Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    2/3 cup flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 to 3 carrots, cut in small pieces
    1 cup tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 cup water
    2 Tbsp. Vinegar
    1 Bay leaf
    1 pkg. noodles (or rice if preferred)
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper.
    Roll stew meat in flour mixture. Brown in skillet with vegetable oil that covers the bottom of the pan.
    Pour off excess oil.
    Add tomatoes or tomato sauce, water, vinegar, onion, bay leaf and carrots.
    Cover and simmer until carrots are done.
    Serve over cooked noodles (or rice).
