Easy Chicken Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. chicken broth or stock
2 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. sage

Preparation

Cook cornstarch and broth over medium heat stirring until bubbly and thick.
Add cream and heat.
Makes approximately 1 quart.
