French Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. olive oil or salad oil
2 Tbsp. tarragon or wine vinegar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 small clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. monosodium glutamate
generous dash of freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Toss salad greens (about 12 cups) with oil just until leaves glisten.
Combine vinegar, salt, garlic, monosodium glutamate and pepper; toss with garlic mixture.
Makes about 1/3 cup.
