Flounder Florentine - cooking recipe

as many flounder fillets as desired
1 box frozen creamed spinach (2 boxes for 13 x 9-inch dish)
Italian seasoned bread crumbs
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Spray baking dish with vegetable spray of choice.
Cover bottom with fish; may use fish of choice.
Combine thawed spinach, bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese and mix to spreading consistency and spread evenly over fish.
Top with more cheese.
Bake, covered, at 375\u00b0 for approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
Low-fat, low calorie and easy.
