Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 potatoes
2 to 3 stalks celery
1 large onion
1 head cauliflower
2 handsful broccoli
2 chicken bouillon cubes
milk
3 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 bar Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Cut up all vegetables, add bouillon and barely cover with water; cook until tender.
Cool slightly; add milk (as you would for potato soup).
Add margarine and cut up cheese.
Cook slightly until cheese is melted.
