Ham And Egg Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
    6 eggs
    1 c. diced ham
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    2 green onions, sliced
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Grease a square baking dish, 8 x 8 x 2-inch. Mix biscuit mix, milk, salt, mustard, parsley and eggs in the dish with a fork until batter is of uniform color. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake uncovered until a knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 45 minutes in a 350\u00b0 oven.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
