Pineapple-Cheese Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
    1 c. water
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 c. or 1 pt. whipped cream
Preparation
    Heat pineapple, sugar and lemon juice.
    Dissolve gelatin in 1 cup water; add to first mixture.
    Let cool in refrigerator until it begins to thicken.
    Remove from refrigerator and add grated cheese and whipping cream.
    Pour into Pyrex dish; return to refrigerator until thick.
