Cheesie Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. (1 stick) margarine
    2 c. (1 pt.) half and half
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender. Cool and skin. Coarsely grate into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread evenly in pan. Sprinkle with salt.
    Melt margarine and add half and half.
    Pour over potatoes.
    You may need to add a little milk to adjust for the dryness of your potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese.
    These can be made in advance and refrigerated before baking. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until cheese is bubbly.
