Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. half and half or canned milk
1 stick margarine, melted
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix all and spread in a 9-inch pan. Cover with topping.
