Strawberry Swirl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (18.25 oz.) pkg. white cake mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. water
    2 eggs
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0. In a medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat all the ingredients except the gelatin mix for 2 minutes or until creamy. Pour one third of the batter into a 10-inch Bundt or tube pan that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with half of the gelatin mix. Repeat the layers with the batter and gelatin, then top with the remaining batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely. Serve or cover until ready to serve.
