Easy Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can chicken gumbo soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 lb. raw shrimp, cut in half
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in butter (5 minutes).
    Stir in soup and water.
    Bring to a boil; add shrimp and simmer 10 minutes. Thicken with 2 teaspoons cornstarch (thinned with water).
    Serve over hot rice.
