Hot Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can artichoke hearts (not in oil)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
dash of garlic salt
dash of hot sauce (optional)
dash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
fresh parsley (optional)
Preparation

Drain and chop artichoke hearts.
Add mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, hot sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir well and spoon into lightly greased small casserole or souffle dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with toast points, crisp raw vegetables or Frito-Lay corn chips.
