Cabbage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. raw rice
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic (powder or minced)
    1 tall can tomato juice
Preparation
    Cook the rice and allow to cool.
    Mix with the ingredients except for the tomato juice.
    Core the cabbage, pour boiling water over cabbage to loosen the leaves.
    Put about one handful of meat mixture in each leaf and fold over and place, fold side down, in large pan.
    Pour tomato juice over the cabbage rolls and cook for 1 hour on top of stove with a lid on.
    May require a little longer cooking time.
