Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 zucchini, sliced
1 large onion, sliced
1/4 stick margarine or butter
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
1 can mushrooms
grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Place sliced zucchini, onion and butter or margarine in skillet and brown.
Stir stewed tomatoes, spaghetti sauce mix and mushrooms together.
Gently stir into the zucchini mixture.
Pour into casserole dish and top with Mozzarella cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts.
